What if my home alarm system is going off?
Saugatuck Home Watch can be designated as the first responder contact for your security company or can support a relative, friend or neighbor in the determination of alarm event. If police or rescue is sent we can supply access to your home and assist in evaluating any necessary action to complete the process and reset your alarm.

How do you invoice for work completed?
Saugatuck Home Watch will bill once per month and is usually sent via email as a PDF attachment.

What if I choose to stay at my residence in the summer for multiple weeks?
Saugatuck Home watch will work with you to determine your home care needs during your stay and invoicing will be prorated depending on your length of time at your home and project work requested by home owner.
